Lagos Space Programme x 16/16 Pop-up Installation

Lagos Space Programme x 16/16 Pop-up Installation

Lagos Space Programme approached me to create a design for their installation and pop-up store based on their recent Babalawo inspired collection, “Awo-Workwear 3.1” at 16 by 16

I worked with Joke Ladoja and Ifedoyin Shotunde to create what we believed a 21st century version of a divination room could look like. Inspired by object oriented ontology, our discussions around sacred spaces and a desire to explore 21st century concepts of individuality, digital technologies and alienation, we created a fabric covered space that visitors could feel enveloped by as they were transported away from their every day experience.

The installation ran for one month from late December till late January.
